Aaron Marshall is a licensed CPA with over 25 years of experience managing the financial operations of both publicly-traded and privately-held companies.

Dr. Arthur Homa

Chief Technical Officer

Dr. Homa has over 30 years of experience in developing battery technologies and electrochemical systems. Dr. Homa has lead R&D groups in early stage energy storage companies.

Deborah Gilbert

Director of Research & Development

Dr. Gilbert has 20 years of corporate R&D experience developing battery technologies and over 25 years direct experience with materials synthesis and characterization.

Scott Higgins

VP of Operations & Supply Chain

Scott has over 25 years experience leading global supply and operations teams from large corporations and early stage start ups.

Carl Thoemmes

VP of Sales

Carl is an experienced global sales and business development leader. He comes to Silatronix from Flextronics, where he was a Director of Global Account Management.

Mr. Masashi (Mike) Imagawa

President, Silatronix Japan

Mr. Masashi (Mike) Imagawa is the former Asian sales manager for rechargeable battery materials at Umicore, and the former global sales manager for LiB materials at Dow Corning Toray.

Mr. Kuniyasu Oya

VP of Technology Development, Silatronix Japan

Mr. Kuniyasu Oya spent 37 years in battery development at Sony, and was a key figure in the development of the first commercial Li-ion battery, launched in 1991. Before his retirement from Sony in January 2014, he was the Director of Li-ion Battery R&D.

Mr. Matsui has over 25 years of experience in battery technology, sales and marketing at SANYO Electric and is currently the Senior Manager at Inabata for the Energy Business Division.

Technical Advisor

Mr. Nishi is a retired Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer from Sony. At Sony, he led the research, development, and production effort to launch the first commercial Li-ion battery in 1991.

Dr. Takeshi Abe

Technical Advisor

Dr. Takeshi Abe is a professor in the Graduate School of Engineering at Kyoto University. His research is focused on Li-ion battery technology, and he is globally recognized as a thought leader and researcher in Li-ion battery electrolytes.

Dr. Jack Deppe

Technical Advisor

Dr. Jack Deppe is a member of the USABC Technical Advisory Committee and the USDrive, and works closely with the DOE energy storage national laboratory programs.

Mr. Tom Dougherty

Technical Advisor

Mr. Dougherty is a former Director of Advanced Battery and Hybrid Systems for Johnson Controls. He is currently working in the energy field on energy conservation and conversion projects
